We do not act as property managers or landlords. We facilitate introductions and deal opportunities between interested parties.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not for any fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative use.

By submitting your phone number and/or email, you consent to be contacted via SMS, phone call, or email for updates, deal opportunities, or service-related communication. Message and data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" to unsubscribe.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the legal authority to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction to use our services.

4. No Guarantees or Representations

We make no guarantees regarding:

Property availability

Deal closing success

Future income potential or tenant reliability

We serve as a matchmaker and make reasonable efforts to verify opportunity details but do not warrant the outcomes of any introductions.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for performing your own due diligence regarding any property, tenant, or provider introduced to you. We are not liable for damages, loss of income, or any contractual disputes that may arise between parties after an introduction is made.

6. Fees and Payment (if applicable)

If you are entering a deal through our premium acquisition service, any agreed-upon success fee will only be charged after a deal is finalized. All fee agreements will be documented separately in writing before any charge is made.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, platform materials, and communications are owned by Purpose Properties Hub, LLC and may not be copied or distributed without our written permission.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used. We never sell your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranty. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or disputes that occur as a result of third-party behavior. In no event shall Purpose Properties Hub, LLC be liable for any damages exceeding the amount you paid us for the service.
